Neither the website nor the Galaxy program mentions what was updated (No dates or version numbers), was the game it self updated? No version number is specified so I got nothing to compare my installed copy against and the Galaxy program thing also doesn't "appear" to have a way for me to manually specify where my copy of the game is located (It wasn't installed via Galaxy).

Select "more" and then "Changelog". That will do the job.

That, surprisingly, doesn't exist when looking at the game in my library on their website and it doesn't exist when looking at the game in my Library in Galaxy either.

Changelog doesn't exist.
For which games do you want the update info?
It shouldn't really matter, it should say somewhere for all products when something was last updated or display a version number somewhere or something. Currently it's very useless at telling you anything more than "Hey! This collection of things was updated in someway! Well, g'luck figuring out what changed!".

I've already looked up the changelog for Freedom Planet on the Steam forum, either GOG is telling me of an update made in April or something else related to the game changed (The bonus stuff for example).

I can clearly see it in your screenshots, right next to the giant blue button 'Try Galaxy'.

If all else fails, you can always check the What Did Just Update thread.
I think there is indeed no changelog for Freedom Planet, because the latest update was on February the 23rd, which was about three months before they introduced the new changelog system.

He wasn't saying the More button isn't there, the change log isn't there under More. Some games have it, others don't, especially when they haven't been updated since the change log was implemented.

Ah my bad.
I thought Freedom Planet did have one, but I just checked and I don't see it either.
I suppose the update thread with MaGOG is the only reliable source.

Thank you for for the help. If Game Goodies gets updated, is their any indication of what was changed?

In the past you could find the information in the respective game forum.

Now the information will be in the changelog (which only appears when there has been an update since the overhaul of the account system).
Okay, thank you.
So when is this going to be fixed? It would be really nice to know what actually changed. Is it really that hard to add changelog for every game? If Gog lacks staff then there are plenty of volunteers who could do it for them.

Yes, there is that thread but it's impossible to find your game in question. Why can't we have proper dedicated changelog right in the game library. Or what's the point of that purple dot if there's no info?
