DieGans: This is bullshit. GOG supports no DRM but doesn't support freedom of speech?
GoG is from Poland they were under communism, guess they like to ''moral police''... even tough they look like hypocrites already having games like Hatred...

Has anyone ever considered the possibility that GOG isn't selling it because it's an overblown overpriced piece of shit?

The GOG "quality curation" is a PR illusion.

According to the dev, GOG said the game is good. If what the dev said is true then half of your theory falls apart.

If it's true. I'm not really sure about it. The devs did marketing stunts from the very first moment the game was announced. So telling people GOG won't sell it because of politcal reasons could easily be another one.

Would be interesting what GOG has to say about it. But they never comment on such issues and I don't think they will break their silence in this case.

People who want the game can still get it DRM-free Desura or the developer's website though.

look everyone, GOG didn't release Barbie Horse Adventures: Wild Horse Rescue = another proof for GOG not supporting freedom of speech!

seriously, do you treat all boutiques as oppressors to freedom of speech because you cant buy X there that you've seen at walmart?

Indeed and if it is good then I withdraw the comment. If it is good then yeah, GOG should have it.

GoG did what? Barbie Horse Adventures: Wild Horse Rescue?
Googled it couldn't and couldn't find any sort of evidence of your claim.

Pretty much, Hatred devs didn't exactly prove to be the most trustworthy bunch.

Without freedom of artistic expression DRM free won't matter as there won't be a game worth playing in the first place.

Fucking hurts reading the 'praise lord gaben' shit. Knowing that I may have to join them, even more so. But since GOG wants to be the bastion of political correctness, that's the most likely outcome.

I highly doubt that they would lie this way; putting words into a 3rd party's mouth. That could easily mean a court case on the grounds of denigration (I hope I'm using that word correctly), if it would start negatively affecting GOG's customer base.

Just because it is not on gOg do not mean it is not DRM free. There are a lot more DD stores out there, except Steam and gOg, and gOg is far from the only place selling games DRM free.

Besides, it would completely cut off their future chances of bringing any games they work on here, and potentially more than just here.
GOG refuses anything else: "Well that's a shame, I guess they didn't deem it good for their catalogue, can we do something about it?"
GOG refuses Hatred: "SJW warrior politically correct free speech haters!" SJW bullshit. (yes, calling someone SJW works both ways.)

Well, that game is not even available for PC, so your point is invalid! ;-)
