JDelekto: I usually love anything with Zombies... however, that being said, I usually like to pick the better of the offerings out there (and there are a lot of stinkers out there trying to get in on the bandwagon).

- Night of the Living Dead (Romero)
- Dawn of the Dead (Both Romero original and Re-make)
- Day of the Dead (Romero)
- Land of the Dead (Romero)
- Diary of the Dead (Romero)
- Survival of the Dead (Romero)
- Zombi (Fulci)
- Zombi 2 (Fulci)
- Zombi 3 (Fulci)
- 28 Days Later
- 28 Weeks Later
- Flight of the Living Dead
- Resident Evil
- The Dead
- The Dead 2
- World War Z
- Re-Animator
- Dead-Alive (Early Peter Jackson, went under another title at one time)
- Return of the Living Dead
- Zombieland
- Shaun of the Dead

While in no particular order, I think that the original Romero "Dawn of the Dead" has to be one of my favorites.

bela555: Dead Snow 1-2? :)
There's a very enjoyable Australian zombie flick named "Undead". You'll laugh, you'll cry, you'll wonder where the hell was that guy hiding that gun...

bela555: Sequel is little more comedy and a little bit less horror but I enjoyed it :)

JDelekto: You should take a look at Rammbock, I don't speak German and it was subtitled; however, there was less speaking and more action. I enjoyed the movie even though I think sub-titles are generally detracting.

Actions speak louder than words and that was one which did so for me.
Off topic here, but your avatar seems to have downgraded from a falcon to a vulture or dodo bird. Pity, the falcon is a majestic animal.

Yes, off-topic and this is my disguise for the Halloween celebration. I will return it back to its former avatar.

It is, by the way, a dodo bird. I was poking fun at myself.

Keen eye you have there..... and yes, the Falcon is a majestic bird.
Wyrmwood(2014) is a very funny australian zombie movie.

The spanish REC-movies are also very good, better than the american remake.

Usually Carpenter and Romero movies for myself.

The Thing, Vampire$, They Live, Halloween, In the Mouth of Madness, Dawn of the Dead and Day of the Dead. Maybe end the night with some ghost hunting videos on youtube.
*shudder* I forgot this even existed... there's a channel showing "Halloween With the Addams Family" from 1977. It's just as cheesetastic as the Star Wars Christmas special from the same era (oh, and they even make a bad Star Wars joke).

Man, the 1970s were just as awful as I remember....

Not as bad as the 90's.

I hear the 70's were bad, especially when they became 80's hair.

Oh awesome, thanks for letting me know about that! I love the Addams Family, and the old TV series was great, so I'm gonna go and look for that Halloween special! :)
I wound up watching "Sleepy Hollow," "Dead Silence," and then "Nightmare on Elm Street pt 2."

Dead Silence is actually a pretty scary movie compared with most in the genre and a rather nice horror movie considering that it was made in 2007. So many modern horror movies have forgotten to be scary.
