Seeing how unfair regional pricing is makes me shiver :( I can understand how some countrys cannot even afford the normal price but making other people pay even more because of that is plain unfair.

It's not exactly because of that. It's just because they can get away with it, as in people actually pay that amount. No sales except on their terms and things would change, like they did for Russia.

But speaking of not affording, there went a good opportunity to look at the "economic realities" of African countries, eh?
