It better be. Question is - how long is it going to take GOG to fix it.

They're already working on it.
The US sale prices have already been changed, the US full prices not yet.
So for US it currently looks as follows:
X2 $5.99 full, $4.99 sale by itself (-17%), $2.49 sale as part of the bundle (-58%).
I expect the US full price will soon be $9.99.

The base price for X2 should not be higher than $5.99.

That's how it looks for me too, except that on the bundle page it says 16% off, and on the game page it's 17%, though the price is the same ($2.49).

Seems like there's a threshold - no item in the bundle costing less than $4.99 if bought on its own while discounted.
From MaGog's logs for 9 November:

Which boils down to the game being regionally priced only regRU, regUA and regUZ.

Actually, not always.

For example, 11 games where GB pays less than US (although still more than all other regions):

But generally speaking you are right and I can relate to your frustration.

Gone Home seems to be an exception.
