GOG connect often seems to have hiccups. I'm assuming that some of the games did import, so it's not a case of you having your Steam account set to Private? Which ones didn't? I believe there are cases where if you don't have the same edition on Steam as on GOG it won't appear.

Since the promo has ended, and there is no way of telling when if ever the games will appear again, try contacting Support and see if they can help you.

You need to wait longer. It can take 48 hours or more to get a response to a support ticket, depending on ticket volume and the priority of your problem.

The real question is will i get my games ? Or they will say NO the promo ended.
I am entitled to them because i had them in the promo they offered. Its not my fault that connect is buggy.

Um, you aren't "entitiled" to anything. GOG Connect is a gift for all intents and purposes, not some kind of required service. Yeah, it sucks that it is buggy at times, but you are getting something for nothing that by all rights GOG does not have to give to anyone. In fact, GOG is losing potential sales because of Connect, since no one who wants a DRM free version of a Steam game they already own will buy them when they can just "Connect" them.

Actually anyone who hit refresh on link button to search for eligible games should get them later.
Because users should be added in pending games to redeem.
The fact and the problem is the refresh limited to 2 hours. The Steam API updates in seconds with new info.

Problems with GOG Connect - possible fixes

Please keep in mind that, due to high demand, the process can take multiple hours, and sometimes even a few days. Also, the REFRESH button can only be used once every 2 hours. Please be patient, and check back on your GOG Connect process multiple times over a longer span of time.

If the problem persists, make sure that your Steam Privacy Settings & Profile Status are set to public. To do this:

From your Steam Profile, click the Edit Profile link under your displayed badge.
Click the My Privacy Settings tab
Select your privacy state
Click the Save button

If your games still don't show up in your games list, try using this link:
https://www.gog.com/account/refresh

Some users have reported that launching the game via Steam helps if it is not listed as "available" in GOG Connect.

If the above doesn't work, even after a few days, please contact us, by providing a direct link to your Steam profile, and a screenshot of the gog.com/connect page.

That is how it works, but that doesn't change the fact that GOG does not have to give you anything. What GOG is doing is the digital equivalent of you walking into GameStop with a receipt for a game you bought at Walmart and GameStop giving you a second copy for free, just because they want to. They don't have to do it at all, but GOG is just nice like that (well, and it might be a good way to take customers away from Steam). Given that GOG is generally a "good guy", they probably will still get you copies of your games, but they would be well within their rights to not do that.

If something is not user-related and from bugs, i think they should.

So let me get this straight - you bought games on Steam during this promo so you can get them on Connect instead of buying them directly on GOG?

Yes but its an agreement between publisher and gog. Some of them were much cheaper.
They offer a free copy here too - no limit for codes only limited time.

You bought them on Steam because they were cheaper and then used connect to them switch over here?

I'm pretty sure that violates the TOS or in the very least allows GOG the right to suspend the transaction.

What? Why?

There is no TOS violation. He made use of a promo that GOG was doing. If the publishers and GOG agreed that getting the game on Steam means you get a GOG key too, then how is taking advantage of the offer breaking the TOS?
