I'm pretty sure that violates the TOS or in the very least allows GOG the right to suspend the transaction.

There is no TOS violation. He made use of a promo that GOG was doing. If the publishers and GOG agreed that getting the game on Steam means you get a GOG key too, then how is taking advantage of the offer breaking the TOS?

That'll teach you, Gog, for caring more about new users than about your faithful old ones >:D

I've never had problems with GOG Connect, but I know some users are affected every time based on the games themselves or just bad luck, so you'll have to be patient.
