Well if you're willing to pay more for games here and Gog cna find the support staff then fine....we can have phone supportses. :)

You guys still doing email support btw? There are free apps out there that can track the tickets. Email users to say their logged on the system. Alert you guys when a ticket is missed, or has taken too long to respond to. Generally do the things that you'd expect from a support system. For free. you don't need a Good Old Support System.

Lol pay for phone support to get my keys? You're so funny! I have already sent them another ticket (3 to be exact), an email at users@gog.com, and 4 PM's so I am just waiting on them. They know that I am waiting, because they have responded to this thread.

(On a serious note, maybe they ran out of keys. They only get so many from the ip holder at a time.....maybe they have to get more before giving you one.)
