Smannesman: Welp, I'm surprised.
Want some games published BY GOG bundle so bad... ;D

hyperagathon: If anyone would care to convince me to buy any of the Interplay titles (considering this might be my last chance), I'm all ears.
I happen to really like Dragon Wars. It's a first-person party based RPG, but unlike other games released around the time (and unlike the Bard's Tale series), it isn't a dungeon crawler. The character creation system is classless with skill points (start with 50 and gain 2 when you level), the game is non-linear, sometimes with multiple solutions (for example, there are several ways to escape Purgatory), and your power mainly comes from the items and spells you find. There's even a New Game+ feature, which allows you to start over with your stats and spells (but not items) intact, and there is even one method of escaping Purgatory that requires New Game+. (Hint: It requires a mandatory (for beating the game) spell that, in other RPGs, would not work anywhere you *really* want it to.)

ThomNG: our titles on sale
Titles?
You mean those 477 games you guys have in here!? :P
DAMN!

Mr. Thom, trust me on this: there's not a single GOG user who doesn't own a single THQNordic game in his/her libray. Heck, I didn't even know I had 10+ of your games ;P

HypersomniacLive: On the front page it says "More deals" with a countdown, but there are plenty of deals at the moment that are not showcased. Are these 300+ deals about games tat are currently not discounted? And will all deals remain active till the end of the sale?
I'm assuming the deals will remain active for the entire duration of the sale. Whenever you go to check out, there's a timer that is counting down until the bundle disappears (around 6 days or so).
Awesome GOG, I figured the Interplay games would go on sale one more time before being removed. Picked up the two Star Trek adventure games. I already had Toonstruck and the first two Descent games before they were removed so I think have everything I could possibly want from Interplay

New stuff each day, huh? Neat, thanks!

But where's mah Saints Row IV?

BaronOfBarons: Is Van Helsing Final Cut bugged for anyone else? I own it on Steam, but GOG Connect isn't recognizing it.
Retrying solved the issue for me.
Wow, nice sale + GOG Connect is back with more titles.. what a day to start a week. :) And i keep hearing people don't like Mondays. :P

MightyPinecone: Well the games weren't free so you didn't spend any money on them in the first place.
avatar
phaolo: If you don't count giveaways or better promos than Gog.
I should have added an "inbefore"
Yes, and someone could easily have predicted your comment too as this debate isn't new. If better promos are your thing I suggest using Steam, but if you do you're not garanteed a copy on GOG.

You can see the countdown on every bundle page, that's clear. My question is more about the individual games that are discounted, as there's no indication of how long they'll remain as such.

You didn't see the timer saying 'new stuff in...'? :p
How great that this sale happens to come along at a time I have some disposable income available :)

Just a bit tricky to get a grasp on what actually is on sale, the huge "bundles" make it a bit tricky to navigate. BYOB is the only one with a discount that adds up, though, isn't it? In which case, I guess searching for discounted games might just be the easier option...

Thanks! Could you also clarify on my first question? Will these new deals be only in the form of bundles, or also individual games currently not discounted?
