animalmother2105: Stalker on GOG? That would be sweet, never played any of these...
They are amongst the buggiest games around, but thankfully there's a tonne of mods around that fix most of the issues. Just don't ever play them vanilla, the "Complete" mods are good

They're fun without mods too

Ehh I tried the "Complete" mods. I prefer Atmosfear 3, Absolute Nature Lite, and Absolute Structures for Call of Pripyat :)

Change the graphics without touching the game play :)

adamhm: Some good news regarding the STALKER series; I emailed GSC Game World over the weekend asking if there was any chance of getting the STALKER games released here. Yesterday I received this reply:

We will do that very soon. Thanks!

adamhm: Sounds like it's just a matter of time, hopefully not long :)
I already have them on Steam, but I would definitely rebuy them in GOG.

No, I haven't checked if the STALKER games are DRM-free on Steam, but at least I don't see them listed here:

Pegasus Prime is back on track after a disasterous debugging phase.
I knew it wasn't dead! That's great news! Thanks for posting!

Now I can finally plan to finish another series!

That's also great news! Can't wait to possibly have an actual Japanese game here on GOG :)

The first Ys game was incredibly hard! Finishing it is one of my greatest gaming accomplishments. It had a ton of obscure clues, no logical solutions to puzzles and the labyrinths were huge, confusing and repetitive.

Up to this day, I don't know if I hate it or love it. But the most important question: why can't Adol get a horse!!! He even runs all the way from point A to Z in the OVA version, it looks kinda ridiculous.
Oh yes!!! Ys: The Oath in Felghana and Ys: Origins are both absolutely must have games!

Can anyone from the GOG staff actually confirm this?

P.S.: If this is true, what are the chances of getting these games with the soundtrack? Even though the games are great by themselves the soundtracks are also stunningly beautiful. But very difficult to come by if you are not ordering them directly from Falcom which can get difficult from Europe. :-(

Some samples in case you never heard the music from these games:

Man, now that they're actually talking to us again, we seem to be getting Pegasus Prime news every few hours. The latest update? We MIGHT (keyword being might) get a release date sometime during the week.
Wings: Remastered Edition is fully funded, and the devs intend to bring the game to GOG:

Nice, hopefully Cinemaware have finally worked out a way to bring their other classics.
I think The Shivah and Broken Sword can be removed from the list now, yes?
I'm going to update the list during the weekend.
Fantastic news!
