It is a survival game where you get thrown on an island and have to collect things to be able to leave the island there is a lot more to it though which I wont spoil

For the small price of "Third Party"...
I wonder, if I'll be able to run it without steam.

MK4 Enhanced is a modification for Mortal Kombat 4. It will update your fighters' 3D models with models taken from Dream Cast's Mortal Kombat Gold. Polygon limit per scene is enhanced from 3,000 to 10,000.
