Catte will recognise this one. I attempted the "do what I say today, and I'll go along with what you say tomorrow" approach in my last game, and which way did I flip?

Ignoring me and searching for scum elsewhere, maybe, and then coming back to me if need be later on.

Also read Post 433 for one possible proposal(it likely sucks compared to plans made by wiser minds, but it seems solid enough).

That's because one is more likely to be Town. In general.

Compare this against a baseline of 25%Mafia/75%Town instead.

And with that additional time I might be able to help get scum found and lynched....rare chance, yeah, but it could happen.

And yet noNK is possibly better than removing what's for them a very convenient anti-Town distraction. What does that tell you.

I'm not ignoring you, but this is just going to go around in circles unless you have some new reasoning.

And that's in standard situation, not when the owner of the role is under heavy scrutiny and lied/ommited information before.


Take this as overall tip but this is simply wrong approach. Several players do the same thing but because you consider one of them scummy then his action is bad while it is not for others. In case you were town it would give you false reads. You should judge players based on their actions not judge those actions based on your reads.

If you were mafia and town did this, would you NK the person?
If you were cop, would you dare to investigate such person?

And you can likely then guess why I, in part, didn't want to fill claim.

All I will say is that I weigh players actions in some instances based on how I lean them.....that is just how I play.

Might do either in either case if I felt it was worth it....of course I don't follow the "by the book" play style many others seem to.
