FYI: I should probably be lynched on Day 3, assuming I survive that long.

This statement makes the hairs on the back of my neck stand up.

1. Worst case scenario the game is over come Day 3 because we lynched incorrectly twice and the cult would out number us 3 to 1

2. We lynch incorrectly today but correctly tomorrow then on Day 3 we still lose because the numbers are 2 vs 2

3. Best case scenario is we lynch the CL today and game is over.

So there's no way to lynch someone on Day 3 unless there's a role involved to stop the CL (like the last game when I was the alarmist) and it looks like to me you are fishing to see if that role is part of the game again. The only reason to be fishing for that info is if you are the CL and want to recruit towns only chance of stopping you.

That's not necesarrily true - if we decide to not double lynch for whatever reason we can get extra days. Theoretically, with good lynches the game can be extended even without protective roles.

Anyway, up until now, did you think Wyrm was the most suspicious one? Or the most suspected one?

Then I guess you wouldn't say he was in the worst position possible. If he wasn't, do you think he would endanger himself by fishing in the way you described? It's a bit of wifom territory, but still, do you think he would try such a thing as a CL?

Because the CL is only likely to get two chances to recruit.

I wouldn't have voted him if I didn't think the possibility was high enough. His comment looks innocent, but it feels off to me.

OK. That requires more explanation. Why do you want to be lynched? And why should we wait until Day 3 to do so? Why is it more beneficial for town to lynch you on Day 3 than to lynch you now?

I said I should be lynched (if I survive that long), not that I want to be lynched.

I did some thinking, ran some numbers, and realized that I'm very likely to be either dead or cult by that point. The difference between Day 3 and Day 1 is that I'm currently still striving for the Greater Good.
