@Lift, is there a specific reason why certain people were put at certain numbers in the list? What's the deal with 8 and 9?

8 and 9 are reserved for Krypsyn and Vitek if they want them :)

My guess is that those two spots are reserved for the other two mods from the last game (Krypsen and Vitek), if they want them. As first I thought that ddickinson requested a specific number slot, so I did too. Then I read down the thread, realized she didn't, but requested my own slot anyway.

I don't know. Do you? :P

Honestly, the thing is that when we do this a lot with the very same people we tend to pick on behavioral patterns and other stuff like that (or at least we believe we do). The game becomes way more meta oriented, previous situations and actions are used as arguments, which I don't really appreciate.

The question has already been answered, but as a confirmation from my side: 8 and 9 were the next two available spots when I decided to reserve them for Vitek and Krypsyn. And spot 13 was specifically requested.

Bookwyrm627: I think I should probably go ahead and say this now. This will be my first game of Mafia, so please post in full the rule set you will be using; I'd prefer to be victimized by rules I was told about rather than rules it was assumed I would know.
BTW. The first post(s) of the Mafia Administration Thread contains a description of the game and some links. Might be interesting for new players.

I got told by Flub a few hours ago I have to play, which is fine, but if you need someone to sit out, obviously I'll do it...and try to pay more attention to make being dead more entertaining <.<
