Depends on the games, I suppose. No one's likely to argue against Chrono Trigger or Lufia 2 showing up, but something like the Genesis/Mega Drive version of Altered Beast probably wouldn't be worth it.

Ok, I would pay for emulated recent games which are only available on console, e.g. The last of us, red dead redemption.

Not much point talking about others, older ones would be a real hard sell, even in bulk (although that mighty work, but the licensing would be a nightmare). What generally happens is they try to release each one, with a large price tag and in most examples a bad emilator - there are som on here.
More modern systems will not allow this, Nintendo would lose their shit if anyone so much as mentions their ip.

PC games are not that different with console games.

Many GOG games are already emulated, why anyone will want to reject other emulated games?

Well, in that vein of thinking all games are emulated. Whilst dosbox is an emulator, it's more of a backwards compatability system as windows is still built upon dos. Whilst a NES has a totally different architecture and build. So there really needs to be some sort of distinction here, to my mind we are talking about software written for another platform and architecture rather than a comparability fix. For instance to use Ps1 emulator would require both the game rights, and Sony, and the emulator developer, plus possibly other groups to agree for this to happen.

DOSBox is in the same catalog of console emulators. It is not a compatibility layor.
For example, you can run DOSBox on non-x86 machines, like you run NES emulators on x86 machines.

Wine is a compatibility layor.
ScummVM is a set of rewritten game engines.
DOSBox emulate x86 DOS environment and some Windows features. It is an emulator.

Some emulators need original BIOS or ROMs, because there are no free alternatives.
DOSBox do not need non-free parts, because BIOS, VGA BIOS, and other necessary parts already have free and legal alternatives.

Are... I mean, have you begun drinking again? I thought you said you've been clean for a good while. Or have Fairfox infested you? The last Windows that was built on DOS was Windows ME. The NT series has some compatibility with DOS applications, but was never built on it, and XP was the first version where the consumer/home release was built on NT (previously, only the business/enterprise/server releases were NT, with NT3.1, 3.5, 4.0, and Windows 2000).

If we are talking strictly emulated games, there are a couple Amiga ones which can't just be backwards compatibility... And on steam they are selling the golden axe series (Genesis)

As for seeing emulated titles from consoles... i think it's a moot issue. All of these games are long out of the public eye, made their money decades ago, and won't make most companies much money at all. Just because you can milk a franchise like say Super Mario Brothers, doesn't mean you should; Let the past be the past and move on.

Though that doesn't stop some companies from trying to milk games a bit longer. Genesis collection packs, Megaman anniversary collection, and then the recent Retro NES/SNES/Genesis boxes.

If it's anything like the emulation quality of the SNK titles here, count me out. I would frankly prefer a PC port, even if ends up being more expensive than an emulated release.

That implies the pc port would be a playable one (Dark Souls?).
