amok: The problem is more that you point of view is mostly based on hipster interweb comments, more than facts. EA has been (and still is) one of this planet's largest game developer / publisher which has released some of the greatest classic games ever made. You are willing to ignore this, because hating EA us the cool thing to do.

This thread is downgraded more because it is not true, if it was true people here would be celebrating.

And you simply ignored the rest of my post while complaining earlier that I ignored some 'facts' (that, as I stated in the part of my post you ignored, are reasonable to ignore because they have nothing to do with the current matter, imho).

Me trolling? I'm not the one randomly hating something to the point that I wouldn't even let other people play the games they want to play for reasons of "just becuase".

Ok, I would agree that the DRM experiment with SIM City was ill consived, and the Dungeon Keeper phone game was carp, but that's far from everything new EA have done
