Hey look, it really WAS just Harvester on Steam...
Wow, that's a huge disappointment.
Dear Night Dive:

Countdowns are generally reserved for really important announcements. Announcing that you're facilitating a re-release of a game that's been available on GOG for a month is NOT countdown worthy.

Sincerely, everyone who wasted 3 days getting hyped for another Night Dive rescued game.
I still think Bad Mojo is in the works (they did mention bugs on the brain), and perhaps Dark Seed too.
Unless they have a big apology announcement (including the sacking of whoever thought this plan was a good idea), I think I'm done with Night Dive for the forseeable future.

gibbeynator: Night Dive usually doesn't go to this much trouble to promote a game that someone else has rescued and then they bring to Steam. Normally that's a Facebook post saying that they brought the game to Steam and you should go check it out. This level of teasing is reserved for what they've rescued from the licensing nightmare.

jkiiskinen: I didn't notice this before, but there's a scythe and a Steam logo on the 1 Day picture on their facebook, so pretty sure it's Harvester for Steam.
OMG! Harvester WITH DRM?! Hell yes, can't wait!
Did they even need a countdown for that? Disappointment...
Keep in mind they didn't publish here on GOG, so this a big deal for them (and for Harvester fans that want the game to get more exposure).

Obviously I hope most everyone buys from GOG, and I hope GOG has at least some big exclusives for the forseeable future so people have a reason (besides DRM-free) to come here.
*Snort*
Seems like Night Tease live up to their nickname. Maybe the next "SHOCKING" game they will announce will be Journeyman Project: Pegasus Prime... for Steam.

You DO know that being on Steam doesn't automatically mean it has DRM, right?

It's actually highly unlikely to, given that it'll be running through DOSBox.

That also means there is absolutely no reason to buy it on Steam over GOG, but still...

Yes, yes, I know this, I thought about that after I made the post, lol. In fact I'm downloading the latest version of Mercenary Kings (for backup) as we speak.
Is it just me, or i starting to be a bit cynical of their announcements?

It's not just you. I got fed up with their nonsense regarding the countdown, and basically boycotted them until they win back my trust.
