adikad13000: It's funny you mention MGRR, since it has proper mouse support and it is perfectly viable to play with that, also there's DMC 5, God of War 2018, Ninja Gaiden 2 Black etc. The list just goes on. But maybe you are right on the remapping part, if you're considering that I'm only wanna play DMC1 or DMC2. But not only that's not the case, for DMC 3 & 4 not being able to use certain combos is just no acceptable for me.

Might as well play something else.
The point is that these games don't even support it properly, but nevermind about that part, I guess. With this logic, what makes you think that DMC 5 was indeed intended to be played with KB+M? Because it's almost like it doesn't have the same issues as DMC 3 or 4.

I only played Java port of DMC 3 on my Sony Ericsson cellphone in 00's and wasn't impressed by it.

Memecchi: Only DMC4 (Special edition) and DMC5 have japanese voices, but the western release of the first doesn't include them, so you'll have to mod it

And that's par for the course with capcom, until recent they were really pushing that "american-appeal" with their titles

AmethystViper: Please, please, PLEASE convince Capcom to release DmC: Devil May Cry - Definitive Edition (not the vanilla version) to PC on GOG! PC players have been wanting the enhanced version with all the new features and improvements that console players got and those won't be around for much longer since we're already in 9th generation.
Unfortunately, as DE never released on PC, it's unlikely to happen since it would require Capcom to make a port of it themselves (and while GOG are capable of modifying games to reach playable standards on modern OS, it'll take way more staff and resources than they have to develop an entire port). At best, if DmC ever hits GOG, you can probably use some of the Nexus mods the community have made to add some of the additional features that were officially added in DE such as Turbo or disabling enemy color coding.

I bought DMC 4 and it crashes up on startup. Black window appears and then it says DMC4 exe has stopped working. DMC collection works right away

I have DMC3SE and 4 on DVD-ROM. And, honestly, I think it's a bit overrated compared to other Capcom games and/or games of the same genre. And, I'm not saying it's a bad game because it's not. But playing it with the keyboard is torture and, in my case, it really spoils the experience. And, well, I don't really like using a joystick except for console games.

For example, I prefer Bayonetta, Blades of Time, Blade of Darkness, and even the Dynasty Warriors series and Onimusha have their merits.

Another game with a similar theme is Bullet Witch, which is available on the Humble Store and is DRM-free (I don't understand why XSEED and Marvelous haven't negotiated with GOG or vice versa to have this game in their catalogue).

GOG shenanigans are at it again.
Buying Devil May Cry HD Collection and Devil May Cry 4 Special Edition Demon Hunter Bundle separately does not show the "owned" status("in library") on the main Devil May Cry HD Collection & 4SE Bundle, without the DLCs. My pedantry is furious. GOG, if you somehow see this, if you can, fix this to a model, where if you own some products from the bundle, you can purchase it with the appropriate discount(in this case, with -100%), please.

When I first saw Devil May Cry on the front page my brain just ignored it, not believing it saw what it saw XD

Not until the second time I visited the store today did I take in what I was seeing! Bought everything as soon as I could!

Thank you, Capcom and GOG, for getting us these treasures to enjoy!

Skill issue, bro. I'd even say - a disability. A lot of pc games use this kind of a control layout, like fighting games and beat'em ups, and it's totally fine. I would've liked to see you trying out the controls of the original RE4 back in the day.
