Is Loom like Discworld but just older? =D
I'm in!

I'd love to finally play the Loom. I remember asking the pirate at the beginning of The Secret of Monkey Island about the Loom, but I never got to play it back then. I wishlisted it immediately upon seeing it finally arrice on GOG.

As for my favourite adventure game... nostalgia dictates The Secret of Monkey Island, but really I think my fabourite is the Curse of Monkey Island. It's everything I loved about the original but with great voice acting and wonderful cartoon graphics. There are also Chains of Satinav, a wonderful fantasy story from Daedalic, definately my favourite non-comedic adventure game, and who knows, if it wasn't for my years of love for the Monkey Island games dating back to my childhood I might consider Chains of Satinav my favorurite of all. As things are however, The Curse of Monkey Island wins.

Darnit, I love LOOM but I have played it before.
Loom is incredible! Like Lifthrasil, I have it as part of a LucasArts Adventure Archive thing, so not in, but I do recommend anyone who can, to try it out...one of the most innovative and unique adventure games ever-pity it didn't inspire more to try, and we got into an adventure game rut for almost 15 years of samey stuff.
What's LOOM?

...hehe so count on me: I'm in :)

gonna check it out on youtube...

Anyway, my favorite adventure game of all time....... mmmmm.... that should be hard.... mmmmmm ...

LOL, it's the Broken Sword series of course!

Was it hard to guess? ;-P
Never played Loom before, but perhaps I can start now! :)

My favourite adventure game would be Night of the Rabbit. Maybe an odd choice but I really did enjoy it, a few strange puzzles aside.
Go out and buy Loom Today!
"What an obvious sales pitch."

I'm interested, count me in. As for favorite adventure game, Depends on how you want to categorize it. If you want to mean point and click, it would be Escape from Monkey Island as a point and click that I have the most personal experience with.
I'd love to BE IN for LOOM. I've never played it, and I find that rather upsetting. I had never even heard of it until a couple years ago and was not only blown away that I had never heard of it or played it, but pretty upset that I missed it and may never have an opportunity. Then GOG made the deal with Disney and my hopes were restored, hoping they wouldn't do some awful remastering and that I could play an original experience I never have before. I'm EXCITED! I played a lot of the LucasArts adventure games back in the early-mid 90s, but LOOM must have come and gone from the store before I started going to it and memorizing every game they had on their shelves, and they never restocked it, or I would have gotten it! Thanks for the opportunity!

My favorite adventure game ever is The Longest Journey.
I never played it before so I'm in!

My favorite adventure games would be Monkey Island series, Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis and Day of the Tentacle.
I have never played LOOM, but it looks fun and I'd like to try it. I am in.

My favourite adventure game... I'll say Leisure Suit Larry, I enjoyed it back in the day, and I just played it again recently and it is still a lot of fun!

Thank you ExiL0n :).
Someone never played Loom here! I'll be in :)

my favorite adventure game would be Sanitarium

Not in, but +1 for your generosity! :-)
Oh LOOM! I have wanted to play that since Ye Olde Days, and it has never graced my desktop. Count me in, please, on the ground that late is much better than never.

Favorite adventure game. Is there a favorite? My first was King's Quest III, which was also the first commercial computer game I ever played at all. I'm in the middle of Chains of Satinav now - GOG version - and there have been many between. At the moment I'm particularly fond of Gabriel Knight: Sins of the Fathers; I (re)-finished the original at the end of last year, and have started the remake (though I'm taking a bit of a Gabriel break, because despite my intention to compare the two, there is such a thing as too much Sins of the Fathers).
Never played it and, as a 20+ plus years "veteran" on adventure games, I think it is about time to try it! I'm in, +1 and thanks to you!
My favorite adventure game, for sentimental reasons is Beneath a Steel Sky, from Revolution. Not only was it pretty good, it was the first adventure I remember playing all the way through with a great friend of mine.
