I will whore myself out on the street to play this game. Even if I don't really need the money.

NoNewTaleToTell: That's a pretty quick sequel, Batman: Arkham Origins was just released late last year and I'm still waiting for it to be released in a Game Of The Year/Ultimate/Complete edition before I pick it up.

If they actually give you the ability to freely explore Gotham City then I could see this being one of the best games to come out in recent years. Speaking of Batman games that let you roam Gotham City, anybody remember Batman and Robin for the original Playsation?
I forgot about that one, after AA and AC, I'm really looking forward to anything more they choose to do.
Really Excited for this!

I would really like to see this on GOG.com

stg83: I have to disagree with you on that because I always felt that the Arkhamverse is very much inspired by Batman: The Animated Series but with a much darker tone. The games very much embrace their comic book roots and in no way are like the heightened real world that Nolan's Dark Knight Trilogy was set in.

Nergal01: That's true, and that's also what's great about those games. However, I still believe that the Nolan flicks left their marks on Origins and Arkham Knight. I mean, look at the Batmobile in Knight. Looks a lot more like the Tumbler than the Batmobile in Asylum. Then there's Batman's new armored suit. It remains to be seen how or if the story line is affected by this.
Not only that the music sounds like the Nolan movies, is Hans Zimmer hired to make the soundtrack?

Is it confirmed that the identity of Arkham Knight won't be a character we've seen before? (in the arkham games, not necessarily in all of Batman fiction).

The Arkham Knight is a new original character created in collaboration by Rocksteady with the help of Geoff Johns specifically for this game. The article below confirms it. :)
