Schnuff: Nope.
All of that is only working with a crutch. Sure with it and including something like Kinnekt it's entertaining.
What I watched were some interesting interviews about the future of VR. The real icing was about future
real 3D television...without goggles.
Sounds unrealistic? 10 years ago who thought that something like Google Cars could be done?
There are a lot of prototypes already working from a couple years ago, they all work differently the thing is which standard will they pursue, plasma projected on air, light reflected on a high-speed rotating screen, hologhrapic. All of that is only working with a crutch. Sure with it and including something like Kinnekt it's entertaining.

And besides, there´s the need of content for it, which I guess is the difficult part if it´s going to be live action content.
For all of those wondering about VR for hentai puposes, there´s content already being produced for VR lens where your head movement coincides with the video being projected, so you´re like in those demos where you are either sat on a chair or laying on your back and the action happens around you in a POV fashion.
They are joined by toy manufacters that have already toys that are specifically made for men and women and which interact with the VR video to "enchance" the perception.
It´s not a surprise though, it was just the obvious step forward.
This all reminds me of that "Demolition Man" scene :P
