It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

joordelcas: Problem solved.
Cwaniak answered my ticket and everything it's ok again.
For all people I recommend the suggestion of Cwaniak and activate the 2-steps verification from security options..
Two-step verification everytime the browser or the IP changes can be quite unnerving. I still don't know why GOG doesn't offer two-step verification for special occasions (e.g. when you or someone else tries to change the password or the mail adress the account is tied to).

I also don't know why they don't send an e-mail to original e-mail address to confirm when somebody wants to change it. I don't think it would be too difficult...
The current 2-steps verification is better than somebody stole the account... I still thinking that steam goes a lot of years ahead .

It doesn't trigger on IP change, assuming you do keep the cookies. If you don't keep the cookies, it does require verification even with the same IP.

Well, I'm just bringing an active problem to light. And like so many other users of forums, I'm just looking for a solution. As it had happened to other members as well. Sorry if I offended you, but no need to get passive aggressive about it.

Hey, don't look at me! I didn't steal your account.
This issue has been resolved.

Two potential solutions (you can even use both if you want to):

1. Use (change) your GOG password to an unique one you are sure you aren't and haven't used anywhere else (on any other web site, forum or service), and make that password strong too (=long).

2. Enable the optional two-step verification in the GOG account settings.

As for a solution to your already hijacked account, you will just have to wait until GOG support responds and/or reacts. Of course they somehow have to make sure first that you really are the legit owner of the account, and not someone who tries to hijack it (with GOG's support). EDIT: So they did already.
