We really need a 2 step verification process with email or why not a telephone as the 2nd step (like in yahoo and google) but GOG should be sure with their speed all around the world. For example I get the steam guard emails within 2 minutes, but origin verification mail comes in my inbox minimum 20 minutes later, which made it not functional at all :(

My personal record was 3 hours for a steam guard code....

That sucks given that you're in central Europe, they should fix their servers! Did you even remembered for what you wanted to access steam from a new device after whole 3 hours, I know I wouldn't and had just given up?

jezzerr2: I believe my GOG account has been hacked, my e-mail doesn't exist when attempting to login and all GOG e-mails I recieve are now in Russian.

I have e-mailed support however as per reply 27 I believe the responses will not go to my e-mail.

OP did you get any help?
Ok, got home and am able to login using primary account, although the email is some @bk.ru...

I find it unbelievable that there was no warning or e-mail asking about this change of details!

Still no response to any support requests either!
There really needs to be a selection in support for account compromised so it is red flagged for immediate response by support. That should take priority over anything else.

This seriously bugs me. If two factor authentication isn't possible then change email should be disabled through the website. You could always contact support to change your email like you can now. That way you have a live person who can detect suspicious activity like a person from the US changing to a russian account. They could then request additional authorization like contacting the original email address.

In fact, it was to redeem a humble bundle key a long time ago when "humble" changed their key system to something more restrictive (I think they went back to some classic steam keys redeeming where you just copy/paste the code).

The second time was when I got a new laptop so I was installing some programs on it.

Since that issue is really severe why don't you pm a GOG employee?
Well, still waiting for resolution. I received an initial response and provided verification so the rep could change my email but there was no mention of a password reset so I brought it up in my reply and asked him to initiate a password change. That was last night...

Turn around time is extremely slow on this.

Don't ruin the joke!

Oh, and for some reason your comment made me think of this. She really should have changed her stage name to Nuff.

I noticed all these witcher 3 problems like account hacks and codes not working are all Russian related in a way, This game must be big with Russian?

Yeah, because it's more or less just a Russian version of Sim City.

Well that explains everything XD
So now the guy has posted under my account in the forums now.

I've still only gotten the 1 response from customer support and am getting rather perturbed at this point. One of you guys said to try and PM a mod here on the forums? As long as I don't ever sign out of GOG Galaxy I still have access to my library. I'm really worried that he just made off with my account.
