Please don't look poorly on GOG because of what happened. Identity theft and credit card fraud are messy ordeals that can impact so many different people than just the affected person. GOG did the best they could in this situation by disabling the keys and reimbursing the victim. It is a shame that this means you are getting ripped off, but it was the most responsible thing that GOG could do. Hopefully, your friend will understand and return your money.

None of those games are missing from my shelf.

However, when I first joined the site about a year ago, there were a few freebies that were not automatically added to my shelf. I had to "buy" them on my own by sorting the game list to show only the free games. It is possible the same thing might have to be done now for anyone just joining the site, but I'm not about to create a second account just to find out.

Steam what now? Assuming that you're trying to say that this doesn't happen on Steam then let me tell you that you're 100% wrong, Steam also revokes keys that were purchased with stolen credit cards, just search for "Steam revoked keys" on google...

Btw, i already knew how this story would end when i saw that picture with the order history, "gift"....

When I joined none of the freebies were added automagically. After they did start to add them, any that were released later weren't included.
