I do not see Fallout in the store. I'm from Russia. It is in Europe has not come out , or I'm not there looking for ?
Fallout 1, 2 & Tactics were removed from the catalog in December 2013 because Bethesda acquired the rights to this franchise. Read the announcement here: http://www.gog.com/news/removed_from_catalog_fallout_1_2_tactics

Fallout was removed from GOG by Bethesda. Those who bought the game can still download it, but it can't be bought anymore.
EDIT: ninja'd. :P

Need to contact Bethseda and request that they bring the games back to GOG but most of the time they just don't even acknowledge that GOG exists.

I'm not sure it is their fault entirely. I believe their rabid lawyers are armed and have this manic fire in their eyes that makes you not want to bring the idea to the table.

MUST. LITIGATE. ALWAYS.

If it's true, then Bethesda's upper management have a problem on their hands bigger than missed sales :)
They didn't have a problem bringing it back to steam, but then again i'm not to sure they would want to bring it back to gog knowing that it would be DRM free.
It appears Bethesda doesn't like the idea of DRM free, cuz I see the whole Fallout collection in Steam now, including the upcoming Fallout 4
Hopefully the revitalized interest in the series will spurn new talks between GOG and Bethesda.... but I'm not getting my hopes up.
Pretty sure the classic titles are drm-free on steam as well, thats not the problem. Steam IS the PC market, at least in the eyes of the shareholders. With only money at stakes these folks often shun less than sure sales moves. Dont compete against yourself on other platforms.

You'd think that if they're on Steam then it shouldn't take much for Bethesda to stick them on GOG as well.

Unless of course they're so incredibly stupid that they believe that having them on GOG will make them lose money somehow. Wait...

Bethesda WILL loose money if there will be no Fallout 4 on GOG.com - I will not buy it on Steam, sorry! And if I can't buy it I will not play it - such game doesn't exist for me. I did this for Mass Effect 3 and I will apply this rule for every game not DRM-Free.

I've bought Fo3 GoTY retail box. It doesn't need Internet connection to play. I've got FoNV retali box ("ordered" as Christmas gift) and it was very bad surprise when installer from DVD installed and started Steam service... and downloaded entire game again.

If developers/producers will not understand that here and there are paying customers who demands honest business they will not get our money. Not a single cent.

Sadly, for every gamer who dispises DRM infested games (Steam, Origin-of-DRM, Uplay-I-Don't) there will be a kid who doesn't give a damn about practices like these and just want to play the game right here, right now.
Will Fallout 4 be on GOG?
