Acropolis’ delivers the city-building excitement and strategy of both Zeus’ Master of Olympus’ and Zeus’ Official Expansion Poseidon’. Build great empires, dabble in combat, trade, and politics, and keep monsters like Medusa at bay with the help of great heroes from mythology. Establish new colonies in the ancient Americas, Africa, Europe, and Asia. Create your own adventures with a powerful yet easy to use Adventure Editor.

You’ll create bustling cities filled with thousands of citizens in mythological Greece and the lost continent of Atlantis. Exercise your might by threatening neighboring cities with invasion, or cultivate them as allies against even stronger opponents. Build beautiful Greek sanctuaries and Atlantean pyramids piece by piece. Summon heroes to rid your town of plagues and monsters, or appease gods and goddesses to protect you from evil.

Fantasic game

I was a big fan of the Ceasar games, but Zeus took the builder genre to a new level. Love the humour and the small details that can make your city to a truly vivid place. Grab it!

My favorite city builder

I have 180 hours in this game. It's one of my all time favorite classic city builders for a reason. They followed the recipe of Pharoah and improved on it extensively. It's beautiful, efficient, and the stories are fun to follow and be a part of.

Best instruction manual EVER

This game, along with Age of empires, Gobliins and Baldur's gate made me love videogames. I will not talk about gameplay, because a lot of people did it better than I could ever do, but I must outline the fact that this game has the BEST manual ever. I think it is worth the money just only for the manual. Besides being one of the most complete and accurate game manual, it is written like an old epic poem: "Hephaestus emerged from his forge holding a shiny, silver disk. “This Zeus CD-ROM is what you need to get started, Democrates,” he announced. “To install Zeus on your omputer, insert the Zeus CD in your CD-ROM drive.” Most say that Windows’ Autoplay function then began automatically, and a screen popped up offering Democrates the options of installing, playing, uninstalling and quitting Zeus. Legend says that Democrates chose “Install” to get started." I have read this manual at least ten times, just for the pleasure....

A Fine City Builder

There's a lot to do but it isn't impenetrable. It's got great attention to detail, wonderfully polished in every way. Deep gameplay and holds up well on modern machines with bustling, colorful cities filled with nice sprites.
