It was only a matter of time before the Selentine Merchants ventured too far from their trade routes, over the South Seas, searching for rich lands that might lay beyond. But they were unprepared for the terrors they would awaken, and the devastation they would unleash upon the world of Etheria. The war that followed would change the face of Etheria forever.
Join with the many races of Etheria as you fight your way through the ruins, jungles and deserts of the southern continent of Keshan, searching for new lands to conquer, and the treasure with which you might build an Empire. Nostalgia talking, but anyway
If you can get over the poor pathfinding, slow unit response time, and generally unreliable unit AI you'll find yourself in an incredibly varied strategy game that is a blast with friends and can be played like Diablo, Warcraft, or anything in between. Probably not balanced, but fascinating to play.

Greatest RTS Of All Time
This is easily my favorite RTS to this day. With over a dozen unique factions and a hero that leveled up and could specialize in just about any way you can imagine the incredible combination of strategy as RPG has never been done as well since. Here's to hoping that a Warlords Battlecry 4 is somewhere in the future!

Love of my life
I started warlords I on my Amiga 500 as a kid. Awesome turn based game for its time! Then II, then Battlecry once I had a PC. Love it!, always will! Got a few friends involved and played LAN multiplayer. Good Fun!!
