Better than current Diablo
Don't bother with the dumpster fire that is Diablo immortal. The only thing this is missing is more mob types and perhaps more open areas.

could have been a good game...
...but isn't due to a number of poor design choices. somebody should've told the devs that tool tips and item comparison boxes in the inventory are state of the art. the skill development system is very basic and lacks choices. when i cast spells the environment is constantly in the way... a lot more than in any other arpg, i've ever played and why is it so hard to program a save game routine that makes sense? why does the game not simply memorise, where i left off? the environments look nice enough, but that's about it. the level design, enemy variety and loot come along uninspired and boring but: hey, it's warhammer! missing character creation options, confusing and buggy menu navigation, hilariously bad ai and abysmal voice acting give the title the rest. the game is quite dlc heavy with questionable play value of the single dlc's, apart from the story dlc they're mostly a bunch of useless knick-knacks. instead of monetization, one should've focused a little more on a pleasant gaming experience. it's beyond me how this heap of trash got such high ratings, glad i bought it on sale.

Mid tier arpg.
This is a nice all rounder for solo play or played with friends. It's a nice game to play if you want to switch of and kill stuff mindlessly. It has a few bugs and gameplay can get repetative it's a 3/5 stars at full price. I got it on offer (£3.50ish), for the amount of content its was worth 4/5. Additional context, I paid full whack for D4 and I'm playing this.

Another victim of bizare GOG reviews....
The game is great! Everyone says its bad when compared to Diablo, but I must disagree.. The graphics are way better than any Diablo game and the flow and combat are awesome! Bought it for 4€ on sale which is incredible

Actually a decent game.
Fun, entertaining game. Cool classes, interesting abilities, decent advancement options, attractive environments. Runs smoothly, doesnt crash. If you can grab it during a sale, its money well spent. Especially if you like Warhammer. Solid double-A title.
