Warhammer: Chaosbane is saved by the monster-slaying action since the narrative isn't much to play for. If you can find friends to play online with this is an excellent adventure, but while solo the repetition may set in a bit too quickly.

Stay away from this game

- Mouse cursor is invisible - Alt-tab to Windows is completely blocked - Ctrl-alt-del only brings up the Windows login screen menu but then switches automatically to Chaosbane every single time with zero chance to do anything else - Alt-F4 functions only occasionally - Ctrl-esc brings up an in-game prompt to shut down the game (instead of activating the Windows menu) and then proceeds to shut down EVERY SINGLE WINDOWS APPLICATION that was open at that time. Could not even get past the first menu. What a game. What a studio! They won't see a single cent from me ever again, that's for sure.

Awesome Game!

I gave up on Blizzard awhile back, so it's nice to have this game which is very similar to Diablo III. Game has never crashed, so not sure why these low ratings for being buggy.

Casually Fun

Gameplay loop is fun, plot and VA are 'meh' at best, I really enjoy the character progression (skill points not being used to purchase skills but as a pool for unlocked skills to equip is really interesting; not much loot per mission but it's generally good; 4 different character builds from start). So far its enjoyable as casual fun on normal difficulty.
