Before souls completely die they stick in The Void – an odd space between life and death. There is an outside chance to survive in The Void and even to come back from it. This chance is The Color – the only food of a dying soul wandering through the mournful realms of The Void, governed by monstrous Brothers and malicious Sisters, who are desperately struggling for the last drops of it. The Color is not only the sense of life of these mysterious creatures but also gives power and vital force to the whole Void. The Color gives you power to do almost everything even to get out of Death's clutches if you gain enough!

- The Color is the only resource in the game: it acts as the health, inventory, skills and perks system, armory.
- All in-game actions are realized through drawing. You literally need to draw your way with your own blood.
- Each Color can cause both harm and good. A player gets various advantages from getting any of The Colors, but when he draws with it he feeds the enemy forces of the world.
- Fight with golems, bloodthirsty predators, and other spawns of The Void.

Unplayable as-is
I love unique games, and Ice-pick's other game, Pathalogic, is a favorite of mine. However, I simply cannot play this game, because the "drawing" does not work reliably. I had the same problem in Arx Fatalis, so your own mileage may vary.

Unique Experience, Great Game
The mechanics of this game are all very unique and fit together very well. You will fail and/or softlock yourself multiple times before starting to succeed in this game. Great experience.

No clue whats going on but i love it
I saw some old school cgi girls dancing on a tree full nude. Got and it the dozens of acid trips ive had make more sense. love every second and im scared like i took too much benadryl with a full bladder walking up dark stairs.

Unique, Odd, has a learning curve
This game feels very artsy, and the whole point is finding and redistributing color to various entities for survival (it sounds weird, but it makes more sense in game). It's kind of slow. It has nudity, but it's not "sexual," and it's more of an artsy or "Adam and Eve" kind of vibe. It has some creepy areas reminiscent of a nightmare, but it's not a horror game with stuff jumping out at your or anything - just creepy environment. Lots of using the "color" you harvest to draw different shapes on screen for different effects as you progress through the game. I got this game to help practice my Russian, but honestly if I didn't understand Russian I don't think this game would be my cup of tea. I'm more of an open world RPG, good story, occasional action kind of player - this game is bizarre, but for some it may be worth trying once just for the experience.
