Loved this game
This was one of my favorite all-time games. Believe it or not, it was ground breaking at the time. It was one of the first games that had an open feeling, rather than a confined dungeon feel. But I bought it once and I'm not sure I want to spend even $9.99 on it again.

Great so where's the rest?
Loved this game on the N64. This was a revolutionary title for console shooters at the time and took advantage of the n64 controller shape and configuration. But for $19.99 is it worth the asking price? For me no. Nostalgia has a value but this title would serve better at about $8. For a $20 bill you should get the complete set that includes this title and its immediate successors, 2, Rage Wars, and 3.

Quake mixed with Crash Bandicoot
Great game. Never did I get the chance to play Turok when I was growing up but always heard about it. It's like a mix between Quake, Crash Bandicoot, and Doom. It's worth the price, considering, besides the updates for modern systems, that soon a Map Editor will be released. With custom maps this game will live forever!

Love it!!!
I love what Night Dive Studios had done with this game. Same Game, same feel, with minor touches to some areas of the levels and a complete clean of graphic visuals (with far better long distance rendering). There is some static when appearing in the direction of the sun, however, I am not sure if this is my computer or something that would be fixed in a future version. I really, really, really, hope to see Night Dive Studios re-release Turok 2 & 3 as well, but also, I would very much love to see them do Acclaim's Extreme-G and XGII! This is worth the buy if you are a fan of the original Turok game and wish to relive the experience, or just own it on your computer as well.
