Interesting
First up, this game is designed for a gamepad. It can be played with a keyboard, but it's quite difficult to do so. I don't have a gamepad, so my review is obviously skewed. Remember that as you read it. The tutorial is excellent, the graphics are fun [reminding me of Captain Pugwash from the 70s] and the gameplay well though out. Nor is it too difficult...if you have a gamepad. It lacks the frustrating learning experience of some games and is an excellent way to wind down after coming home from work in a muderous frame of mind...if you have a gamepad. In short, the difficulty playing it with a keyboard is my only gripe. Trying to press alt-R for some actions is difficult when you then ahve to return to WASD. If they remapped some of the commands to single letters or double keys on both sides of the keyboard it would be simpler to play two handed, as you would with a gamepad. For example, instead of using alt-R, shift-P would enable players to use their right hand, then return to WASD for movement controls with their left. I was in two minds whether to give this 3 or 4 stars, but decided on 4 as it does look good, is still in development, and plays well...if you have a gamepad.
