The tutorials are simply not enough, just basic navigation instructions and a pair of simple examples. The rest is up to you to get some info from internet. At the end you would be with lot of frustration. I guess this is a kind of game to learn by trial and error but I am not that kind of patient person. If you are a retired person with lot of free time may be this game is for you. I didn't find this game enjoyable and I can't say too much about the overall game experience since I didn't go further than the tutorials and the two first chapters of the Europe campaign.
I spend 25 minutes in this game to refund it in Steam.
The game suffers from continues FPS issues even after the update. (I am using a high end PC, It shouldn't, I can play games like OMSI on the highest settings fine.)
The mouse controls are incredibly floaty, the mechanics of the game got better but please, game, do not give us re-skinned windows in the UI and an endless amount of them, even more then in Train Fever. The terrain doesn't look too great, the grass manages to looks like literal Lime green wallpaper instead of grass and the terrain on "Flat" world still has 60-100m high hills. Flat countries in real life, or even area's do not have that kind of elevation.
There is still no smooth transition in road types, you can still just look under the roads at crossings where roads without side-walks meet once with side-walks and also at bridges.
Capacities on buses are still way too low, Trains are on the slow side compared to real speeds and are able to take small curves rather quickly. The loading times seem to be insane and contain huge lag spikes and the games. Vehicles still float on/before/at slopes sometimes, Vehicles still clip people, people look really derpy now where even though less detailed looked fine in Train Fever, Track building as improved but then moving around the screen with your mouse to the right is only possible if you do not have the line management or any depot windows open for some reason. WASD and other controlling keys fail randomly.
Conclusion: It is just broken. I'd love to try it again if they fixed 80% of these issues but right now, just do not buy it, it's not worth it. Especially for 32,99 euro's. Train Fever was more then 10 euro's cheaper and even back then with all the issues was in a better state at release.
In game time run too fast against monthly cost. And vehicule cost increase much more than there performance.
World is enought beautiful but not more that.
IA for building railway is not efficient for long or middle distance.
Good immersive world (vehicule / bot car / bot human)
I dream for a new balance of time/cost and factory supply/furnish
I deram to buy new industry during game.
