《城镇叠叠乐》（Townscaper）是以满腔热情为立项初衷的实验性项目。与其说是游戏，更像是玩具。拾取调色板上的颜色，将代表房屋的各色方块丢在不规则的格子上，即可看到《城镇叠叠乐》的底层算法会如何根据方块不同的构造，自动将其变成别致的小房子、拱门、楼梯、桥梁和郁郁葱葱的庭院。

Townscaper is less of a game, more of a tool to simply play around with. It has no goal either, but that is part of its almost hypnotic charm at being an enjoyable experience that allows us to simply play around as we see fit.

Whisical Silly Arty game
What a whimsical, silly, artistic game. Build islands, plant buildings, grow them, make wonderful conglomerations. Colourful, but subtle pastel shades, seaside, pier properties, with arches, supported sections, bridges. Wonderful

Strong potential
I really like the toy flow but maybe this is my taste, I feel a need to see combinations, utility buildings, and little sim people walking around. I like the idea of cities built in the sky, sort of like how we live now, but on weird Dr. Seuss stilt houses that hang in odd angles. It feels like the loose physics implies a potential sim world where the people are similarly loose in their behavior, a magical realism city sim, I think that'd be a fun direction to take it in.

Perfectly relaxing toy
It's a very nice thing to just click a town into existence. It's nice to feel no pressure and to discover what a new tile would do. It is indeed more of a toy than a game, it's charming and relaxing. As some people said before: optional brush sizes and some people strolling the streets would be a nice addition.
