The game might seem to be a little formulaic to veterans of CRPGs but it is not without innovations of its own. For developer Event Horizon, Tower of Time is an astounding entry that gives fans of the CRPG genre something different to sink their teeth into.

Tower of Time is a rather enjoyable cRPG featuring an extremely engaging real-time battle system and some unusual mechanics, like its leveling system. While the story may not break away from some of the genre clichès, Tower of Time keeps players entertained with its charming characters, unique setting and well-crafted mechanics.

Worst game I've ever played
I've been gaming for over 20 years and in that time I have experience buggy games with attrocious game designs but... nothing comes even close to this piece of crap. They promoted the game as a tactical real time rpg. Instead what you get is a real time tactical dota with no rpg elements. The combats are probably the worse I've ever experienced. You have to kill a certain amount of "creeps" or "enemies" and then you are off to the next combat. Zero decisions as well. I'd rather have a buffalo take a diarrhea dump in my ear(avgn) than play this pile of poo again. Real time tactical rpg... You have to feel cheated when they promote a game like that. You expect something like baldurs gate or something. Even Horizon games, you suck.

No voice acting in 2019
Voice acting only in the cutscenes. They are good, but in 2019 this is unacceptable. And please not the "this is a game of independent people" Sorry but after "Divinity: Original Sin 2" is no longer an apology. When I want to read a book, I read a book and when I play a game I expect a certain standard. What's this? 1999?
