Sharing the solution I found. There are 4 campaigns for the expansion pack named Kingdoms. To start these, go in to your game installation folder and choose the expansion campaign you want to play. These are batch files (*.bat) not *.exe. The file names to start the expansion campaigns are: MEDIEVAL II - Americas.bat MEDIEVAL II - British Isles.bat MEDIEVAL II - Crusades.bat MEDIEVAL II - Teutonic.bat These are located in your "Medieval II - Total War" game installation folder. Expansion Campaigns will start as a mod, after you double click the *.bat file it will take a few seconds for the game to start. Please be patient. Its easier to just create shortcuts for these files on your desktop. Have fun playing this awesome classic game. MTW2 has everything combined into one good package: history, drama, religion, romance, politics, and a good battle system. It combines all of that into an experience that many titles tried to replicate with mixed success. For me, it's a game that defines GOG as a whole, a warm and comfy experience that reminds me of many good hours that i spend by myself years ago. It allows me to be a ruler, conqueror, tyrant, pope installer, Mongol annihilator, and many more while being a simple-to-understand game that still remains a solid experience. Not only is it one of the best Total War titles, but it is also a great modding platform for mods such as Call of Warhammer: Beginning of The End Times, Third Age Total War with the Divide and Conquer submod, and many others. Posted on: December 5, 2025AnimalMother117 验证所有者 游戏: 958 评论: 1 Better Late than NeverThese games are among my favorite ever, I usually play a campaign or two every year in Medieval II in particular. though it will not replace the base game for me (I play the game off disc from its original release with its quirks and all and have gotten so used to it that the later changes and additions rub me the wrong way) I massively appreciate a DRM Free way to play the expansion packs. In case anyone was wondering as the description made no mention I could see, the game sold here works on Windows 7 still. At least it does on my offline machine. Cannot help but feel this would have been better had we gotten it ten or so years ago but it is still fantastic to get these games DRM even at this late stage.
