Easy, repetitive and boring
Graphics, sounds, character skills are very good. However the game is easy, repetitive and thus, boring. Plenty of weapons drop everywhere and you soon become rich. You can progress by simply clicking everywhere, no need to think about any tactics or strategy. Grinding and grinding for level advancement. I am kind of regretful for buying it.

10 years later, still holding its own
It's hard to believe after 10 years, how excellent this game still is. I highly prefer it to even newer titles, from the Van Helsing series to Diablo 3 (IMHO). Pros: -Beautiful graphics, aged very well -Varied environments -Griding not required (generally) -Good pacing and flow -Varied enemies and boss fights -Enemies use the equipment they drop. Tough enemy draining your health? They've got a very good weapon. -Decent story (6/10) Cons: -Combat can be repetitive -While all classes/equipment are balanced to a certain degree, some combinations are extremely overpowered. -Level caps on equipment is disappointing, especially if you meet the stat requirements, knowing full well something better will come along by the time you've levelled that far

Stop asking for reviews
Asking for reviews every time the game is turned off is going to get a lot of bad reviews. Even if the game is enjoyable. Something to think about GOG

Has to love the immersion in the myths
It is a nice game, although for times the fighting feels repetative. The improvement of the characters feels insignificant as you play on higher levels. The flare around it is what I love the most as you can hear many stories of different mythologies and see many ancient weapons and armour, although not all are realistic.

Great Game, for it's age
Titan Quest was a great game when it first released. Great graphics, great gameplay. With a few modern tweaks, it could still be a great game. The story is fantastic, and in depth. Combat seems...a little disconnected. There's no weight to attacks, just press and hope for the best. Overall though, even despite the shortcomings, this game has well earned it's accolades.
