old times are back
fun game, nice puzzles, flash back to 90's when i played zak mckracken and maniac mansion. if you're looking for a game that gives you that feeling you had the first time you played maniac mansion, thats the one

Amazing
This game is *beeping* awesome! I couldn't spot until I finished. Plot is good, characters breaking 4th wall, but this looks natural, at some points I laughed so loud I thought I'd wake up my neighbours.

The new gold standard for retro adventure games. Great story with laugh out loud moments (ThimbleCon 87). A new classic in my book.

Great adventure game
From the store description : "By the end of a long, strange night in Thimbleweed Park, all of this will be answered -- and you’ll question everything you thought you knew. " I will start with a low tone, no, unfortunately not everything there does get answered which is why this game gets a 4 star rating from me instead of 5. I would have scored it 5 easily before I reached the ending, because palying the game was soo much fun. Unfortunately I found the ending less than satisfactory. Everything else about the game, the graphics, style, gameplay, mechanics are top notch. The difficulty is just good enough for me, and you can always resort to in game hint system which worked perfectly everytime I resorted to it. It doesn't reveal too much, there is a tiered approach which you can get just as much as you want and not anything more to spoil your fun. The game play is also suberb, I wish the originals were made like this back in the day. I go and try to play the classics but much of the time I get frustrated by the lack of intuition from the interface. Thimbleweed Park in this regard does everything right. Overall I think this is great fun and great value for your money. I have my reservations about the ending, but there are a lot of people who ilked it so don't let my comments put you off. Go play the game and see for yourself.

One hell of a game. I hope there is a sequel. This game is a must for every game lover.
