Well, if you're an insecure heterosexual male who needs a power fantasy, the "Witcher" franchise remains a great option for you. It's about as pleasing as reading a Gor novel or watching snuff films. Seriously, this game plays like a resentful neckbeard's mary sue fanfic. For just about anyone else who actually cares about the story and their character/role in it, this game will grind on your nerves. If you're a woman, like me, then it's probably even worse. In what way is my gameplay experience enhanced by forcing me to play as a medieval douchebag named Geralt? I've yet to hear a cogent argument for that. I mean, jesus, at least give us the option of playing as a truckstop lesbian named "Geralta" or something. Or is that out of the budget? So glad this kind of crap doesn't do well financially.

Hi, I`m looking forward to this game. I love all Sapkowski`s books, I played first Witcher and bought 2 boxed Platinum editions for me and for my brother as well, but this price (45E) is really too high. Especially for downloadable version of this game. Definitely better choice in this case is nice boxed edition from Amazon UK for 25 quids. I would expected a better price on this site with all available languages.

this game will be the best RPG of 2011. Im pretty sure thats why Mass Effect 2 was pushed to 2012 bcoz they saw games like TW2 coming out that will get all the best awards ..again!!!! Good Luck CDPR! and Thank you

No bonus DLC with the gog purchase? In that case, I will purchase elsewhere. Paper dolls and artwork are fine, but I appreciate in-game bonus content more.
