Very Good!
This is my first time playing one of the witcher games after reading the books and I love it! At first while in Chapter 1, I almost skipped to the next game because it was too grindy but after installing a few mods that eased the gameplay and let me experience the story I was hooked! Don't skip this one!

Its a good game still playable but performance in new machines is bet laggy can be fix in setttings like lowering dept of field.

old but still a great game
played wicther 2 when it first came out and then 3 countless hours finally decided to try the first and its old and a little out dated game but if you love the witcher series this game wont disapoint! much longer and bigger worlds than i expected and im taking my time to do all the side quests etc and will import save to witcher 2 and 100% that then transfer 2-3 and play 3 after 2.

Love the game, a bit buggy
The game and it's content has held up well over time. That said, I've had quite a few crashes and graphical glitches. Save early, save often and you're probably ok.
