Beautiful, breathtaking experience
Witcher 1 is in my opinion one of the greatest games i've ever played. The world is gorgeous and rich and full of interesting stuff to do and the story and storytelling are amazing. I loved spending countless hours in this game, like I loved playing the second and the third Witcher games, I am glad to see how beautiful this series evolved. After reading the books, the Witcher series is a must play!

Cool game
After hearing how great Witcher 3 is, I decided to give the Witcher series a go. Witcher 1 Story: Cool, you're a professional monster slayer. Graphics: Okay, no one plays these older games for their graphics, though. Sounds/Music: Epic Gameplay: Clunky, pissed me off at first, but then I got used to it and it ceased to piss me off. Best Part: the true quest in this game is to get laid by as many women as possible, and when/if you're succsessful you're rewarded with a card of the woman in a sexual pose. Gotta catch 'em all!

CD key brought to GOG
I did not realize until today that you could register your CD copy to GOG, thank you for this! I have not finished this game yet, I bought it brand new years ago and for some reason left it on the shelf. As I play The Witcher now it is a gem to behold; everything is fairly low poly, but looks fantastic! I'm not a big fan of switching between combat styles in this game; but the rest of the game is very breathtaking, original and worth the price of admission!

Excellent Story Driven RPG
The first time I tried this I couldn't get into it, mainly the combat felt turn based. I decided to give it another try, and I'm glad I did. Story is fantastic, music is fantastic, voice acting is fantastic, and as you advance the combat becomes enjoyable, even tense at times! This game is slow burn you need to give it a few hours to get going, but once it does it's a great ride. Tons of content for the money, and multiple endings for replay value. If your on the fence, give it a try.
