Talos 1 you knew the eventual goal so it was doing puzzles for a reason. Here, you're doing puzzles for a mystery, not quite as motivating to me, but certainly playable. The visuals are nice and so are the interactions with the others and the cats too, lol.
This is one of the pieces that changes your perception of the world. Playing this game is like reading a book with a deep philosophical point. For me, it shows what humanity could look like one day—no more existential stress, no more hate or wars, just enlightened human beings surrounded by beautiful nature and architecture, solving deep philosophical riddles about the nature of existence. Is it really so unattainable?
Graphics have huge issues even after trying out different setting combinations for 30 minutes. With some settings textures are flickering, with some they are blurry and others the camera movement breaks them. I read online that others have had similar issues without proper solution, so refunding.
Really wanted to play the sequel after remembering fondly the first game from years back, but let's see if the issues will ever be fixed.
