The Planet Crafter is unique among sci-fi survival sandbox titles, featuring depth and complexity but on a planetary scale. It could use some quality-of-life features, but the compelling gameplay, exploration and aesthetic make it hard to put down.

Simple but Enjoyable

Crafting game, seems to be created independently of the common engines, therefore contorls can seem a bit outdated. Playing through GOG Galaxy - be sure to turn off the GOG Galaxy overlay (Gear in upper left>Settings>Game features>untick 'Overlay'), otherwise it may interfere when clicking the Tab button in game. Not a good thing to happen when you've pushed your oxygen risk to the limit.
