This Game is Very Mid!
Been wanting to play this game for a while since it was made by Obsidian. Going through this game is very average. Nothing spectacular but nothing terrible. The mechanics are fun but also kinda generic. I do recommend this game although purchase at a sale as this is not worth full price.

Good Game Finally Getting to Play it
Satire version of Fallout or any other space / futurestic genre game. Overall fun and comical with just the first planet being completed....favorite is the random perks for taking negative traits....like killing alien gorillas, well they like pounding on you so much you can gain an extra perk point to develope a phobia when facing them now..... oh youre a melee build well we will offer you a perk point if you take extra damage in melee due to your soft flesh hahaha

A Lot of Fun, Honestly
If you go in looking for a fun RPG, you'll have a good time. If you're expecting F:NV in space, you'll be let down, as that was never what this was intended to be. The characters are very well written, and the combat feels fun and punchy. My biggest issue with the game initially was that the level cap was low enough that if you didn't pour points into very specific skills, you'd get locked out of some of the best endings (especially in the DLC) but that was fixed with the Spacer's Choice edition. At this point I have few complaints if any, and I've thoroughly enjoyed my time with Outer Worlds on every platform I've played it on. If you feel iffy about it, buy it on sale, you won't regret it. And if you do, GOG has one of the best refund policies in the industry, so what're you waiting for?

A Quality RPG
I played it for a bit and generally found that the choices you make matter, that the characters were interesting and had a lot to say and offer, and that the gameplay was solid. In general, it's a worthy title to pick up and enjoy.
