More of the First Game and Well Done
Basically this is more of the first game, so if you liked that, you'll like this. This plot focuses a lot more on the character interactions and development since it reuses a lot of the locations and characters from the first game. You'll end up seeing a lot of the same cast, including minor NPCs. All the game systems are basically the same as the last game too. Most of your gameplay loop will be wandering the maps, with the same density of combat as the first. Two of the returning systems, the dialogue quizzes and pixel hunting investigations also return, which is a downside to me. I fell this game doesn't have the mechanics to be a detective game, but it tries anyway. The technical issue from the first game is also here, so you may need to use the Configuration app included in other executables if you downloaded for the first time. I can't recommend this game without playing the first, since mechanically they're almost the same and if you started here you won't get half of the dialogue. This is also not a game for cutscene/dialogue skipping players. All in all, it continues from the first game and does it well.
