Mixed feelings
I really wanted to like it but the strange mixture of the camo combat (you only need the hide action in the very first fights) and the sometimes quite strange puzzles are a bit too much together with the short gameplay.

Great Game
The light of this game is beautiful making the atmosphere heavy. The story is great but short, like just a preview of what's coming. After checking, it's the first episode of a trilogy. I'm really excited to discover the following. The gameplay is simple and intuitive. In the other hand, you need to pay attention to your environment because it guides you on this adventure and you can be stuck if you're distracted. I look forward for episode two and three.

A Kafka-esque horror-comedy
Gameplay-wise, this is a classic adventure game with all of the counter-intuitive puzzles and hotspot hunts this implies, plus a few action sequences. Story-wise, it's a Kafka-esque horror-comedy. This works out rather well as a combination, as the sheer perversity of the puzzle solutions is half of the fun of the game.

The start of something beautiful.
Even though this game is meant to be aprt of a trilogy, it can still stand on its own as a beautiful experience with great voice acting, writing and atmosphere. You will be playing this game for its story and atmospher, not for its gameplay, which is fine for what this game gives in return.

A worthy heir to Lucasart style games
This is what video games are about, the game is heartfelt, intelligent, and fun. In the world we live in, that means commercial failure, and the third part of the trilogy may never see the light of day. No matter, the game is valuable as is. One of the few really memorable games I've played in the last decade.
