Wow! Just wow!
When I saw portraits of Poe and Lovecraft on the walls in Chapter 1, I knew it was going to be a real gem. And I was right. Really well-made horror with a mystery and time-travelling (not literally, but figuratively), and lots of small interesting details.

The first chapters were great
I liked the puzzles and horror elements of first chapters. Unfortunately I cannot stand the sneaking/chasing elements of later chapters. The part with a revolver was okay, and I wish they kept something similar throughout the game. As it was, after chapter 6 I checked if there would be much more similar stuff and found out chapter 8 would be even worse. I liked the Adam parts of the game more so I finished chapter 7, but after that I found a playthrough on youtube(by Gab Smolders, entertaining watch) to see the full story without having to deal with the chases any more. Still rating a 4/5 even though I couldn't finish it myself, would have really liked it if it weren't for mentioned elements.
