Simply because of the quality of the visuals and levels design, this game is getting a high rating from me. On those two attributes alone, the game does rather well. However, after looking through the bonus content, it seems that the team that put this together did not have time to do as much as they wanted with the game.
Don't get me wrong, I spent some time figuring out the puzzles, and playing the game and genuinely enjoying it. I didn't get the motion sickness, but I realized the sense of scale is WAY off. Pots which look like they should be knee height are face level, wooden boards which look like they should be covering a hole barely cover half of it, and you character (Without crouching) looks to be two feet tall. Alright play, but seriously.
This game seems to have been made for Oculus Rift, although it didn't exist back then.
Definitely something to play again with VR equipment.
The design is nice although a bit too repetitive, the setting is something between steampunk, aztec south amerika and sci-fi, the physics puzzles are nicely made, controlling your only tool and weapon indirectly with a remote/hammer is quite a change. The only downsides for me are too many invisible walls and the secrets are hidden a bit too well, I didn't find most of them but surprisingly all 3 in the last level.
The fights without any real weapon but your remote controlled "indie trap" are unique and the giant zombie gorilla managed to scare me and was plain awesome.
It's rather short (about 4 hours if you take it slow?) so not really worth 10bucks, but I got it from a promo long ago.
I had to lower the resolution to 1600x900 in my old machine but then it ran very well with highest details.
The survival mode crashed on my system but didn't interest me very much anyway.
It's worth the price but not more.
If you like puzzle game with slow pace and don't care about story. And like playing with balls this is the game for you my friend. gave it 3 star because graphics a little dated and it's short
