- Your homeworld conquered, your mission is to gather a team of pilots for your mecha squadron. Build your relationship with your allies by interacting with them between battles. Find out your squadmates’ back stories and help shape their destinies.
- Manage a squadron of mechs and your own assault carrier. Victory on battle depends on proper allocation of funds between researching new technologies, purchasing better weapons, and balancing limited funds between mechs to suit your play style.
- Command your forces in turn-based tactical missions. Properly manage each mechs’ strengths and weaknesses to maximize your offensive capabilities and minimize casualties. Each mech has a suite of unique weapons and equipment which gives every pilot a unique battlefield role.
- Travel through the galaxy on missions and fight the enemy throughout the stars. Explore a deep world with a history spanning thousands of years.
- High technical graphics show off extreme detail and stylish mecha action.

Its a VN and a good one. Simple Stuff.
This is a great little visual novel with some decent tactical battle elements which kind of set it apart from other games in this niche and give you a little extra interactive gameplay which is nice. Most of the negative reviews I have seen are coming from people who clearly don't enjoy the VN genre to begin with so I'm not sure why they even bothered. Obviously this isn't a genre for everyone. But hey if this is your kinda thing the game is actually pretty good.

The amount of clicking required..
The story is okay, but prepare to wear out a mouse or two clicking .. every .. three .. words. Or a spacebar. The whole story is presented to you in bits that you have to click through to get the next few words presented. Other than that, it's an interesting concept and an interesting storyline although it's someowhat cliche. I hope there will be some development done to make this a bit less tedious. And while we have some parts with a voiceover - why did nobody care to voice the text?

Tis my first visual novel
Yeah I got this mostly because it was free. I had a good time. The battleing was fun, the charetors engaging enough and the story interesting enough to make me want a little more. Perfectly adequate, I might pick up more when they are on sale.

10/10, would recommend
I'm not much of a strategy gamer, but I've got to say: Sunrider: Mask of Arcadius was one of the most enjoyable games I've played. The soundtrack is great, the story is powerful, the gameplay is enjoyable even if you're not into the genre. My only complaint would be the difficulty. Being relatively new to the genre, I went straight with the Visual Novel difficulty (the lowest one, don't judge), but I was still close to getting my a** handed to me several times. (but that's in part because I suck at strategy). Either way, I love this game.
