Generally a lot of fun.
It's a good game with a lot of variation. My two complaints would be that they push the DLCs you could buy pretty agressively in-game (every menu is full of things you can't select because you own the DLC), and game balance is maintained by a lot of arbitrary hard limits rather than something that feels natural.

One of the best games I've ever played.
There's always something new to try, a new way to play. My only criticism is that I strongly dislike that anomalies are based on RNG results when surveying a system, and not when the whole galaxy itself is RNG generated.
